Dressed in glittering skin of extreme retro glam, sci fi and feathers, Flaming Gristle sweep the crowd into their heaving bosom to joyously throb as one, blowing the lid off the concept of covers with inspired selections rendered afresh, plugging directly into the cerebral cortex and lifting the roof off the party. The electrifying energy is underscored by tight, peerless musicianship from a carefully curated band whose members all hail from pro music touring and session backgrounds including Oasis, Pretenders, Travis and Dead or Alive to name a few. Fag Junky is not a playback band, everything is played, sung and rapped live to great effect, with sets structured and designed individually for each event.
